During the pandemic, Anna demonstrated unwavering courage and empathy in steering her team through the unprecedented crisis. Her efforts in managing a hotel quarantine facility with competence and sensitivity demonstrated her exceptional leadership qualities. Anna’s advocacy for the well-being of the workforce extends beyond her organization, and she is involved in various initiatives to improve the mental and emotional well-being of the broader industry.
Her involvement in RISE, IHG’s female leadership mentor program, and her role as a board member of Healthy Mind Menu highlights her dedication to promoting healthy leadership in the industry.
