Healthy Mind Menu (HMM) is a WA-based charity supporting mental health and wellbeing in the hospitality and tourism sector. We deliver practical training, workshops, and wellbeing tools to help teams create mentally healthy venues and reduce stigma.
Regional teams often face unique pressure such as seasonal demand, long hours, workforce shortages, isolation, and burnout. This roadshow brings realistic, venue-ready tools to the places that need it most.
