If you’re looking for a way to prioritise your well-being, look no further than the Leederville Precinct.
The Leederville Precinct, home to The Garden, The Leedy Hotel and more recently Servo Restaurant is activating their venues for well-being on the weekends including fitness classes, yoga, pilates, self-defense training, and more.
In February, Paisley Madison (HMM Coordinator) collaborated with the Leederville Precinct to raise awareness of the importance of mental well-being and downtime. Together, we hosted a 4-part Weekend Wellness Series focussing on meditation and journaling, with $5 from every ticket sold going back to support Healthy Mind Menu. The Leederville Team donated their roof-top terrace for a Sunday morning mindfulness class, and then guests were encouraged to connect at the Servo Yard Bar over breaky and coffee.
It’s a no-brainer, that by prioritising mental well-being, we can reduce stress and increase overall well-being, creating a more supportive and compassionate community.
We applaud the Leederville team (in particular Jayme) for their commitment to well-being and creating a positive impact in the community. It’s inspiring to see their dedication to creating a space where individuals can prioritise their mental health, and we can’t wait to see what other initiatives they have in store.
