A Record-Breaking Night of Connection, Community and Culinary Excellence
This year marked a milestone moment for Healthy Mind Menu, with our 5th Annual Plating for a Purpose fundraising dinner hosted at Hearth Restaurant, The Ritz-Carlton Perth.
The evening brought together some of Western Australia’s most talented chefs, generous sponsors, industry leaders and passionate supporters- all united by one shared purpose: to improve mental health and wellbeing across WA’s hospitality industry.
$100,000 Raised for Mental Health in Hospitality
We are proud to announce that this year’s event reached a record fundraising total of $100,000.
This incredible achievement is thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, donors, auction item winners and everyone who joined us for an unforgettable night of connection and giving.
Funds raised will directly support Healthy Mind Menu’s training programs, online resources and workplace wellbeing initiatives that equip hospitality workers and leaders with the tools to build healthier, more supportive work environments.
Five Chefs, Five Courses, One Purpose
Guests were treated to an exceptional five-course menu created by some of WA’s finest chefs:

- Todd Stuart – Twenty Seats
The evening began with canapés prepared by Marcello Segalina and Perth’s beloved Oysterman, Jerry Fraser, setting the tone for a night of collaboration, creativity and heart.

We were honoured to welcome Hon Meredith Hammat MLA, Minister for Health; Mental Health, Hon Michelle Boylan MLC, and Alec Coles OBE FRSA, who each play an important role in championing mental health and culture across our state.
A special thank you to our MC Bradley Woods, CEO of the Australian Hotels Association (WA), for leading the evening with his trademark warmth and wit, and to Mark Whately, our auctioneer, whose energy helped raise vital funds throughout the night.
