Supporting Hospitality Workers with Real-World Skills

At Healthy Mind Menu, we understand the pressures of working in hospitality. Long hours, high-stress environments, and relentless customer service can take a toll on mental health. Thatโ€™s why our Standard Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training is designed with hospitality workers in mind, making it relevant, relatable, and impactful.

This course will equip you with the skills and confidence to support a teammate, friend, or customer who may be struggling with their mental health. You’ll learn how to approach, listen, communicate, and provide assistance the right wayโ€”practical skills that translate into your everyday life.
