In 2019, Healthy Mind Menu hosted an exclusive Fundraising Dinner on October 28th at Clarke’s of North Beach. This special evening featured six esteemed chefs—Alain Fabregues, Chris Taylor, Brendon Owens, Nick Wood, Peter Manifis, and Stephen Clarke—who came together to create a unique six-course dining experience, all in support of mental health in the hospitality industry.
With only 50 seats available, this intimate event provided an unforgettable culinary journey for guests, who each contributed $300 towards our cause. Thanks to the generosity and passion of our community, we were able to raise crucial funds to improve the mental wellbeing of those who serve in WA’s hospitality industry.
